Philomena is a web-based wedding website service operated by PetraCore Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).

When you create an account or use our Service, we collect the information you provide, including:

We collect limited usage information to operate and improve the Service, such as:
- Pages accessed within the web app

We do not track precise location or store IP addresses for analytics purposes.
Philomena offers one-time subscription payments.
All payments are processed securely by an external payment provider (Flutterwave). We do not store or process your payment card or banking details on our servers.
Refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment. Refund requests made after this period will not be honored.
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Provide and maintain the Service
- Enable wedding website features and functionality
- Communicate with users regarding their accounts
- Improve the performance and reliability of the platform
- Protect the Service from misuse or unauthorized access
We may send emails related to:

- Customer support responses
Marketing or promotional emails are not currently sent, but may be introduced in the future. Users will have the option to opt out of non-essential communications when applicable.
Philomena uses an internal analytics dashboard to understand how users interact with the Service. We do not use third-party analytics tools at this time.
User content and account information on Philomena are intended to be long-term and persistent, as wedding websites are designed to remain accessible over time unless deleted by the user.

Philomena is intended for adults and is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
